Carriage Stop:
Carriages can be picked up in our main staging area at the south gate of Temple Square along South Temple. (see map here). If you would like to make an appointment to secure a carriage at a specific time or place please call at least a day in advance.

We'll come get you:
We will be happy to send you a carriage anywhere in the downtown area during our normal street hours. Pickups can be made from most restaurants and hotels. Please allow up to a half hour for the carriage to arrive if you use this option.

Cancellations:
If you are unable to make your appointment time, we will be happy to cancel your appointment or make other arrangements for your ride depending on carriage availablity. Please call no later than 1 hour before your scheduled ride if you wish to cancel or change your appointment. Missed appointments will be charged the full ride fare!

Phone dispatch hours:
6:00pm to 11:00pm on weeknights, 6:00pm to midnight on weekends (weather permitting).
*Carriages will occasionally be available during the day as well.

Seasonal rides:
The holiday's are our busiest season of the year. Please note that rides during this time are priced higher than at other times of the year. Also because of the volume of traffic in the city we may restrict some tour availablities, phone dispatch to hotels and restaurants, and other pickups. If you have a special event or wedding during this season we will still do our very best to accomodate you. Please call a week or more in advance to secure your carriage. Availability is limited.
